I heard the word POSITIVITY for the first time the other day from a friend who was sharing her grief journey of her husband’s debilitating illness and recent death. According to Oxford Language it’s the practice of being or tendency to be positive or optimistic in attitude and in life. The Mayo Clinic lists a myriad of gains of positive thinking; for example many physical and emotional health benefits and increased life span. You can research that for yourself.
My friend Barbara left me with this message, “There are no good days but there is good in every day.”
Find the good in your days.
