Why travel? Sometimes it’s to visit family or friends, a wedding, a funeral or for work. But it can be so much more! I often share this famous quote, “The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page”.

There are multiple advantages for taking a vacation away from home. LEARNING - different cultures and cuisines and landscapes, history and art. RENEWAL - of oneself as quiet, peaceful moments may lead to introspection and growth.

Having just returned from two diametrically opposed trips I gained a myriad of gifts: meeting inspiring and motivating people, experiencing new countries and their cultures, improved physical health, self renewal and the validation of the importance and benefits of one on one time with a loved one.
