“What do I write?” I asked myself. Do I tell where I was when I learned about the first plane crash into the Twin Towers? Do I write about watching TV for days of the buildings collapsing because it was so surreal and I like everyone else was trying to comprehend it really happened? Do I write that two days later I had the responsibility and honor of facilitating a large group of electricians who had either escaped with their lives or lost a fellow electrician on that fateful morning? Do I write about the group and individualsI I counseled for many, many months? NO!
That’s the past but we must REMEMBER the almost 3000 people who were murdered in multiple locations in the US. It’s about RETELLING your story. It’s about RECITING their names and remembering their lives.
As long as a person’s name is spoken he lives on.
